Wallace Strategy Group was founded by Patricia Wallace, a seasoned executive leader with decades of experience working at the highest levels of local government and public service.
Patricia spent years serving as Chief of Staff to elected officials and executive leaders in one of the nation's fastest-growing cities. Throughout her career, she has helped guide policy initiatives, coordinate complex projects, manage high-performing teams, build coalitions, and facilitate collaboration among government agencies, community organizations, businesses, and residents.
Her work has touched issues ranging from economic development, workforce development, and infrastructure to neighborhood revitalization, housing, education, and community engagement.
